Traveling Teams & Coaching Conflicts

If Friday evening games are necessary, teams traveling from more than 45 minutes away will not be scheduled on Friday unless requested.

We will make every effort to avoid scheduling conflicts for a coach who is coaching two teams participating in the March Madness Soccer Shootout. All coaching conflict requests must be entered in the Notes section of each team's tournament application.

Coaches with three or more teams participating in the tournament should expect scheduling conflicts, as we cannot guarantee conflict-free schedules for more than two teams.

Coaching conflict requests apply only to teams the coach is coaching in the March Madness Soccer Shootout. We cannot accommodate conflicts involving league games, games in other tournaments, or any other team or event taking place outside of the March Madness Soccer Shootout.
